Is The Official Shark Week Box a subscription box? 
No. This box is a one-time purchase. You will not receive additional boxes and you will not be billed again. 

What is in The Official Shark Week Box? 
It's a secret for now, but it will contain at least six curated items hand-picked to take your Shark Week™ viewing experience to the next level. Follow us on social media where we’ll provide followers with a sneak peek at box contents. All box contents will be revealed by the end of June 2018. 

When will my box ship?
Your box will ship within 1-2 business days of when your order was placed. Once your box has shipped, will notify you via email and provide you with tracking details. FedEx will populate your tracking number with an estimated date for delivery.  The length of delivery varies, but most parts of the continental US will arrive between 7 to 10 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO address could take longer to deliver. 

Where do boxes ship? 
For now, we only ship to the United States and APO/FPO addresses. 

Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
Yes! Our boxes will be washing up to doorsteps in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. 


How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free!

What methods of payment do you accept?
You’ll be able to pay with a credit card or through PayPal!

Can I ship this box to someone else as a gift?
Yes! Just make sure you have their t-shirt size, and enter their address as the Shipping Address during the check-out process.

I accidentally input the wrong address in my order. Can I update it?
Email hello@thesharkweekbox.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to update your address prior to shipping.

Can I return my Official Shark Week Box for a refund?
Although we don’t think you’ll want to return this fin-
tastic box, you can return your complete box for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Your returned box must contain all the items and marketing materials in new and unused condition. To return your box, email your request to hello@thesharkweebox.com. Once our team has received your box and verified all the contents are accounted for, your refund will be processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the box. See our Terms of Service for more details.

If I get a t-shirt in my box will I be able to exchange it for another size?
You may request a t-shirt size exchange by emailing our customer service team at hello@thesharkweekbox.com within 30 days of your box delivery. The shirt must be new and unused. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the box. See our Terms of Service for more details.

One of the items in my box arrived damaged. What can I do?
File a replacement request claim by emailing us at hello@thesharkweebox.com within 30 days of your box delivery with a picture of the damaged item. Eligible requests will be issued a replacement item of comparable value. See our Terms of Service for more details.
